Services provided at City Hall include (but are not limited to) zoning information, registration of voters, payment of property taxes as well as water/sewer billings; issuance of casual/garage sale permits (no fee), building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits, tickets to the County landfill (one per household for two free trips for disposal of household rubbish per year), notary service, summer Bear Lake Beach permits, and a multitude of information about our community.

The Building Inspector is available at City Hall on Wednesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Building, Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical permit applications and fees are available online.
