Concerts in the Park

Join us for Concerts in our scenic Custer Park. Join local area bands live, from 7 to 9 PM on the following dates:

Northside Family Fun Fest - August 7-9

Thursday, August 7

Northside 5K Run - 6:30 PM The 5K run and walk will start and finish at the North Muskegon athletic complex (football field). Registration forms are available at Endurance Sports, 1888 Holton Rd. or you may register on race day from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the athletic complex. Contact Gary Neal 744-9138 or Matt VanderSys, 744-9138 for information. Proceeds to go to North Muskegon Cross Country Team

2008 North Muskegon Parade - 7:30 PM
The parade begins on Ruddiman Dr. at Fleming St. then proceeds on Ruddiman Dr., east through the “Four Corners” ending on Oscar St. near Whitehall Rd.

Friday, August 8

1st Annual "Taste of the Northside" - 6 - 10 PM

  • Music
  • Car show
  • Food from area restaurants
  • Beer, Wine, Pop and Water
  • Bounce House for children

Saturday, August 9

Lions Club Breakfast - 8 AM - 11 AM
Enjoy pancakes, sausage, orange drink, coffee or milk served on Stewart Street in front of the Community Center/Library.

Art Fair and Festival - 9 AM - 4 PM
Arts & Craft Fair with various entertainment through out the day.

Community United Methodist Church Barbeque and Ice Cream Social - 10 AM
Barbecue, Hotdogs, Ice Cream and Home Made Pie.
